Never had work done there before. Emergency issue on my way to work and I stopped in just hoping it was a quick fix and... back on road to work. Well it turned out to be then expected. They treated me very well, identified the problem, explained everything top to bottom and even got me to work. Picked up my car at end of day and back on the road. Thank you for taking good care of me and my car. It was an unexpected stress that was made easier by their kindness.read more

We will not be back and I will tell others that are thinking of using them not to go there. Mavis recommended Lee... Myles to look at what we believed to be a transmission humming sound coming from my husbands Jeep Compass. I spoke to Gabe on Saturday 6/15 and he told me that since Mavis (Chas) recommended to use them he would do the diagnosis for free. Here we go. I rec'd a call first thing Monday from Brian and he tells me that they will give me $20 off the diagnosis and that they will call back when the testing is completed.Later in the afternoon I rec'd a call from Brian again and he tells me that they hooked the car up to the machine to see the codes and that the car had a major misfire and it needed a tune up. They didn't feel the car had a transmission issue but they weren't sure until the do the tune up.Here comes the best part. The tune up which consisted of 4 spark plugs and #4 coil pack would be $383.Then he recommended an induction cleaning - Another $116Also, the diagnosis was going to cost us $290. I asked ok will this resolve the issue, Brian said not sure but we recommend doing this first.I was raised with an entire family of mechanics and work on my cars myself. I knew that the tune up would not be that much and I can do it on my own.I told them to not do anything and I will get back to them.Next morning I called and spoke to Gabe. I told him that I am coming to get the vehicle and to not fix it. He said, can I ask you why. I said well when I spoke to you saturday you mentioned since Mavis recommended me to you that the diagnosis was covered and now it is $290 with tax it came to $322. I said you are charging $383 and I can do the work myself for just the cost of the parts. He then tells me that the $383 covers shop oils, grease and towels and supplies they used. I then said, why would you need oil and grease when you were to diagnose the transmission issue we thought we had. Well we had to look over the entire car to find the problem. Here is the problem. They couldn't tell me if the tune up would fix the issue because the Jeep has a CVT system but that is where they need to start.I picked up the Jeep drove it to Auto Zone and bought NGK spark plugs and NGK coil pack for $39.00 went home and installed them myself in a half and hour.Best part is when we picked it up Gabe said oh there was a code for headlight issues also. I said that is odd we just replaced all of them. Here after looking at the paperwork it says stored which means it logged the lights being out and they are telling us there is an issue. Unreal. What a rip off. The spark plugs from them see the attached receipt states $37 each from Lee Myles and I paid $2.99.We still have the problem and I was ripped off the $322 for absolutely nothing. I will never use there establishment again. If I would've got everything done they told me to do it would've been almost $700 and we would still have the same issue. See documentation attached on everything. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.read more
